Beginning with breath, voice and movement, Roisin and Solbritt will guide us first into our own vibrations - and then on to the sound journey itself - sacred Tibetan bowls applied directly to the body, combined with the low, medicinal rumble of Nature's resonance, swaying us back into alignment with our true energy flow, direct from Source.
